Functional Nutritionist · Yoga Instructor · Mother of 3
I didn't come to nutrition through books. I came through my own body.
15 years of professional sport — wushu competitions across China, Uzbekistan and the USA, a Shaolin gold medal, world championships — taught me to listen to the body at a level only years of practice can give.
But nutrition changed everything. I healed my own allergic asthma — which I had accepted as chronic — through changing how I ate. That became my point of no return.
Today I work with women and men who are told their labs are normal but their body is telling a different story. I don't prescribe diets or follow templates. I help people understand their body and build a way of eating that genuinely supports life — rather than controlling it.
